National Hospitality Associates, established in 1992, is the premiere restaurant, hotel, country club and foodservice hospitality placement firm in the United States. All of our Associates have many years of hands-on experience at all levels, and in all arenas of the hospitality industry, as well as effective expertise in the hospitality placement industry.

We are headquartered in New Jersey with opportunities Nationwide. We work exclusively in the Hospitality Industry. We are a contingency fee paid agency, licensed by the State of New Jersey Department of Law and Public Safety. Our fees are paid by the client companies.

Our function is to make introductions of candidates to companies for selection, based on their experience in the hospitality industry, and our vast experience in the hospitality and placement industries. We must be able to ascertain not only the mechanical responsibilities of a given position but the underlying personality necessary for productive performance in a position that will lead to growth and increased earnings potential. If we understand a candidates true strength and understand the different concepts of our industry, we can begin the process of creating an opportunity. Good companies are always looking for good candidates.

Understand that we cannot make a company hire an individual any more than we can make an individual accept any offered position. What we can do is help them see the positives and the negatives, to understand the "Big Picture", and illustrate the potentialities.

The service we provide candidates is extremely positive. We can provide almost instant access to the leading companies and their decision-makers regardless of which segment of the industry they specialize in.

We are able to provide a wide variety of interviews for qualified candidates with many different companies, some of which the candidate may not be familiar with.

In our unique position in the restaurant industry it is expected of us to keep up with the newest trends happening. Restaurant managers do not usually have the time required to do this themselves while working long shifts. It is our commitment to our candidates to keep them informed and up to date on changes and direction of the industry in general. In order to complete this task we subscribe to several news and financial services to get daily updates on industry and company activities. We also maintain relationships with restaurant analysts on Wall Street in order to keep up with that increasingly important aspect of operations.

We prefer to look at a persons background and accomplishments as well as their future goals, work from the adage "Good companies are always looking for good people" rather than work with a limited number of clients and try to persuade a candidate to interview with only those clients. In this manner we grow our business by placing candidates in situations where they become the hiring authority or decision-maker faster. This is more positive for all involved than placing the person several times in a few short years.

Remember, all our fees are paid by the client companies. There is never a charge to an individual.

The service we provide Clients is an affordable and accountable way to expand recruiting impact and ability. We provide access to mechanically qualified candidates at all levels of management and administration. This means candidates with proven track records within the industry.

We interview and research all candidates prior to representation; we maintain communication, provide information and research material to the candidates regarding the company prior to an interview.

We are able to obtain information regarding individuals through our vast network of industry contacts. These contacts may be current clients, candidates, or past co-workers. We are often able to obtain useful information where other methods cannot. We have spent years building these relationships on trust and credibility.

We observe confidentiality at all times.

Our work is guaranteed by our replacement warranty. If a candidate hired through our efforts is deemed unsuitable for whatever reason we must redouble our efforts and provide our services until a successful conclusion, at no further cost, is realized. No other recruiting method can offer this savings and protection of time, effort and money.

Yes, there is a fee for our services. This fee pays for our time, expertise and expenditures in acquiring and tracking the best and the brightest management professional in the marketplace today. When you think about it, this fee also pays for the candidates you do not spend time, effort and money interviewing.
